Located on Whangārei Heads Road between Whangārei and the beaches and mountains of Whangārei Heads, we are a relaxed local stop for coffee, breakfast, lunch, takeaway dinner, gourmet burgers, pizza, cabinet food and sweet treats. With outdoor seating, wheelchair accessibility and easy parking, we are a welcoming place to pause and eat well.

Smith & Local is someplace you can find more than a good meal and a great cup of coffee. We love local, and we love being a hub for the amazing artists, growers, makers, artisans and traders our community has to offer.
Our espresso beans are sourced locally from Manaia Espresso and roasted by our friends at Mt Akinson Coffee, we proudly use meat from Omak Meats. Our shelves also feature rotating local goods, boutique food finds and small products you can take home or gift to someone you love.
